13. With considerable caution and pre-planning.
Walmart spends a fortune on "internal" Homeland Security, to keep their beloved empire a "union-free workplace". You'd be just the sort of person they'd be looking for. Perhaps someone from the labor movement can give you some advice or support. My own first thought was Jobs with Justice (http://www.jwj.org/). Here in Seattle, they'e very effective; and well beyond their numbers. They're the core of dedicated unionsts in the community. Likewise with many other areas.

I like your webpage and will be checking it frequently, and using some of the information. Good luck, my thoughts are with you.
