We are long overdue for a big march on DC. But it can't be a "smorgasboard" rally if we can avoid it. The issue must be clear and simple and not diluted.

The problem is that we have too many problems to choose from. And it takes so much effort and energy. United for Peace and Justice and International Answer have done the best jobs recently--whatever one thinks of those two groups is not the issue here. A few other groups have come close--

But damn I agree. We need a mobilization the the media cannot ignore. We need to do something since our elected government, and even our Democratic representatives still seem more driven by the corporate influence than ours.
