15. Charest Was Not
A member of the Conservatives.
He was a member of the PC's.
If you are in Quebec then I would say watch out because Charest still considers Mulroney his mentor.
As well ROC might have to watch out for Charest if the Conservatives ever have a convention and decide that they should have a more moderate face for the party.
Conservatives never showed up in Quebec provincial politics in the 1900's as Duplessis took care of things for them.
