Also, people, don't forget that Kerry is not running ads. Bush is burning off $100 million of leftover primary funds which he has to use or lose by the convention. Kerry is not runnning any ads, except where the Swifty ads are being run, and even then very few. Right now, most of the Kerry ads you are seeing are from PACs.
