On average I drive 5 to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit on a freeway, sometimes more. But I still get people that tailgate me. There's no excuse for tailgating, period. It's stupid, reckless, unsafe, and downright annoying. If your're tailgating, especially when the person ahead of you is already going the speed limit or above it, then you're endangering lives for the sole reason that you're impatient. Not an okay thing to do.
