There are several people I've talked to who believe 9/11 was a major turning point in US history and that Bush* has "proven" he can protect us. They say they voted for Gore, but will vote Bush* this time.
I don't know if they were being honest about their Gore vote, but that's what they say. I always tell them to go see F911 and watch when Bush* is told the US is under attack. If they still think he's a strong leader and on top of things, they see something I cannot.
