15. ....hmmmm.....how about the more likely explanation that....
The Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld doctrine of trashing the Geneva convention
rules/ethics/legality helped create a bad environment that promoted
prisoner abuse. Couple that with the corruptive force of power,
boredom, and the innate sadistic tendencies of humans and you have
your explanation for what happened.

The soldiers were wrong for doing what they did.
Others were wrong for standing idly by, watching it happen.
The Bush administration is most responsible for creating the
environment where "Americans are above the law".

It's all really creepy and I hope it keeps blowing up all over
Bush's face. The guy is a goddam asshole and an idiot. He has
no business being a mayor, let alone leader of the world. All
this shit is his fault. He's a fucking slippery eel but it's going
to catch up with him. It always does. I just hope it does
before he creates to much more pain and suffering in the world.
