a presumption of no bail for those charged with terrorism. Hmmmm, that would pretty much eradicate a need for an arraignment hearing! Just arrest someone, throw 'em in jail, until their TRIAL,... A lot like gitmo

Give civil investigators subpoena power for certains kinds of business records...

expand the death penalty..... (wonder if material support people would get that too??? $5 to the arab league and off with yer head!)
