What the heck does that mean when politicians begin to sprout this meaningless drivel? Quayle (an intelligent bush) ran for president based on this. So what does he mean? That every bedroom will have a cop in it? That everytime you decide to cheat on your husband/wife you have to call in? Possibly it means that parents are the cause for the hopeless and lost children we have today, while he conventiently forgets that it is thanks to repukes and their denial of anything which could help the working person, that forces both parents to work. Of if a single parent, to have three minimum wage job.
