Difference then, money, and that is the only difference changing this law will make now. People with money will get or supply the money for abortions. Poor women will die unnecessarily and then they won't be around to feel quilty. Make RU486 available over the counter, help young women feel good about themselves as people and not sex object and provide good scientific education about reproduction to boys and girls starting at a very young age and not just when they become sexually mature. If the number of abortions are a problem, fix the problem without taking over control of a woman's body.
