someone echoed what I have always thought.
Folks don't see the hypocrisy of disallowing gay marriage. I know people marry out of love most of the time, but marriage is essentially a legal arrangement, a way to divide up property. Folks who disavow gay marriages are talking out of both sides of their face. Can gays not love each other enough to get to the point where a commitment is apropos? Sure they can, they just cant legally LEGITIMIZE it in a form called marriage. NOOO! The bible says that it is an abomination, a sin against GOD!! But just you try to take divorce away ( I don't remember God being too keen on that either).
