11. not trying to be flippant
but exactly WHO is going to revolt? Every rightwinger in the country
would be ecstatic if Bush declared himself "President For Life". And
millions of wishy washy suburbanites just wouldn't do sh*t about it.

Are lefty college kids going to take on the military? If another 9/11
happens they'll be rounding up ANYONE who goes against B*sh and
if he cancels the election, is Daschle going to stop him? Is Kerry
going to be DeGaulle? Sure, he looks a little like him, and he IS
'French' :-) but I really want to know where and when the indignation
is going to rise to the point where we have civil war.

Why didn't ANYONE even REMOTELY revolt on Dec 12, 2000? I was
in Lafayette Square, DC, with about *50* other people, protesting
that day. Fifty people bothered to show up and scream about the
biggest election theft in our nation's history.

Christ, 90000 blacks were sodomized by Jeb Bush and Katherine
Harris and we did nothing! I protested in DC several times then
and hardly anyone showed up with pitchforks and torches.

We are a nation of slothful and tv numbed morAns. Poll after poll
shows majorities do NOT support B*sh's policies, yet he rams one
bad right wing indignity after another down our throats and we
continue to vote GOP. That's why I'd be very surprised if ANYONE
rose up and burned our cities down if B*sh said he wasn't going to
give up power because he's "The War President" and "God told him
never to give up power again".

Someone please tell me I'm wrong.

Bigby
