Sierra Club is considering adopting anti-immigration policy.

Sierra Club is a $95 million organization, and the right wing is doing what they've done to HRC and many other single issue liberal interest groups. They're trying to destroy them from within -- they'r trying to balkanize their issues and corrupt them with conservative goals that they think members will be suckers for (since they might have their single issue blinkers up). In this case, the anti-immigration issue is being sold as a population control issue.

So, get ready. I'm sure if this passes, you're going to see the Sierra Club endorsing Republicans who are anti-immigration, throw a few bones on the environment, but are totally down with transferring power to big corporations.
