Republicans promote two educations. One for well off one for less fortunate.
Republicans held presidency for 43 years from 1921 to Bush 2004.
Blame unions. Yes! They did many things wrong. But,overwhelmingly, did good.
Unions promoted--Adequate buildings--Trained teachers--Community colleges--funding for schools which was fought over and over by Republicans who said it would take away foam the military-industrial complex.
Education has been a LOCAL responsibility.
India is taking many lower skilled jobs. China is doing the same.
Remember Japan? Education has made them King of Industry! OK! and Now?
