Oct. Surprise (circa '68,'80, probably in '88), Watergate dirty tricks for '72......

Just who the fuck are these guys? How do they get away with it?


P.S. In '88 apparently Dukasis's campaign suffered a fund shortage going into the home stretch because their banker BCCI (not as notorious then as now) cut funding. But don't quote me on this.
