The phrase actually is "a war-time president", but apparently Junior either couldn't remember it, or really doesn't know . . .

but it's true in a way, . .

He IS a WAR president, not for peace that guy.

Heck - he earned the title "Texacutioner" quite honestly - -

and, . .

Bush STARTED the wars, and will keep the USA IN wars as long as he is at the throne

That's how I see it anyhoo -
