3. i honestly don't know
until the gop stops attacking the un and starts appreciating the contributions of other countries -- lies about the un will continue to flourish.
it seems to me that a pr overhaul here in america is as much what's needed as anything else.
other than that i'd like to see the un in geneva for reasons of neutrality and the unique attitude of the swiss citizenry to appreciate the efforts of an organization like the un.
