pompous bastid. he says he decides on policy with war on his mind. i think this embarrasment has not grown out of his days playing with toy soldiers in sand dumps.
before the iraq invasion, he was quoted as saying he is willing to "give peace a chance." in other words, "i want this war, but for the sake of the 'focus groups' i'll give that thing called peace a chance."
