Homeland Security in Iowa
Advertisements [?]
One hour ago in Yahoo most e-mailed news, the number 1 story was "Feds Win Right to War Protesters' Record" and now it is gone. Peace activists are being subpoened to appear before federal grand jury in Des Moines, Iowa following a peace demonstration in Johnston, Iowa. Subpoens have been issued to the leader of the catholic peace ministry and other anti-war activists in Iowa, Brian Terrell, Patti McKee and Elton Davis. The National Lawyer Guild is involved. We need to start talking. These subpoenas are intended to stifly dissent. Support those named at a protest at the federal court house in Des Moines on on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at 12:00 (noon). Show the bastards we mean business! !
