I also wear a hat backwards and Joe commented about that last time so next time he gets personal I'm going to say "If you want to get personal Joe why don't we discuss the botched investigation into the death of that perfectly healthy intern in your office?"

should shut him up..

being a little "hippy" looking can be an advantage if your mind is working..

sort of surprises them, like a talking horse or something :)
