2. I think we have a great shot
in Louisiana. Switching a seat back into our column - and in the Deep South, no less - would be a huge morale booster.

First, Jindall(R) and the others GOPers got about 40% of the primary vote (I'm pretty sure). The four Democrats got a combined 56% of the vote. That's pretty sweet!

Reading at FR a few minutes ago, the latest poll has this race tied.. but the pollster predicted that (by his data) if undecideds were forced to choose, the race would be 53-47 in OUR favor. That's great news.. us winning such an election.

Like I said.. a tremendous morale booster.. and proof that we can still win tough elections.

(Second thought.. if we do win there this year, maybe something is in the water in Louisiana? Two major wins in that state two years in a row?!? Very weird. If we win, we might have to take a very close look at how we've pulled it off..)
