I think that if the Lame Duck Bush pardons Ken Lay that the Kerry Justice Department should go after the all the other criminals with a vengence not seen anywhere but on TV. To to the top. Go after both Bush and Cheney, and take a very hard look at Every Presidential Appointee and every person who ever attended any meetings with any of those persons. I'm talking about a task force of Federal prosecutors here and I do not care what the cost would be.
I'm not saying that these people should not be investigated if Lay is not pardoned, but I know that they won't be.
