and well-educated woman who was once a Democrat and changed sides based on what she felt were terrible foreign policy decisions in the Carter years in Afghanistan. She is an expert in Russian foregin policy. She appears to be very good at self-promotion and at providing * a foreign policy "brain" and rationales for his horrifying policies.

However, it does seem as if the Reps were happy to find an African- American foreign policy PHD with previous admin. experience who fits with their bizarre neo-con policies. Too bad she is on the wrong side.
