It wasn't Cheney who spoke those 16 words at last years SOTU, and he dosn't sit in an oval office, Cheney dosn't fly in an airplane called Air Force One either.

They can shuffle the minons around all they want, responsibility always has and always will reside with the top guy, whose name just happens to be Bush. Plus Cheney has been all but invisible, so how can he be the point guy?

Jimmy's just whistling past the graveyard, hoping that this bait and switch will work. Although I'm not surprised if this becomes the mantra, especially if the Republicans lose in November, then it's all Cheney's fault.
