He was brought up by sick parents to believe there are no consequences to bad behavior. As a sick parent himself, I think he brings up the 2 brats in exactly the same fashion. You know: you're better than others, only other people have rules, we don't.

I think the alcohol abuse in the Bush case is a sympton of the much more serious problem of antisocial behavior. Let's face it, these people don't drink because they are feeling insecure or shy or things like that.
