The Justice Department is preparing subpoenas that have yet to be approved by the senior Justice leadership. If and when Holder approves the subpoenas, then there will be a long, ponderous investigation. Then the "senior Justice leadership" would have to approve prosecuting News Corp. And if they go that far, the "senior Justice leadership" would probably approve a slap on the wrist deal.

Meanwhile, the number one priority of the "senior Justice leadership" is going after medical marijuana clinics. Their number one concern is that some chemotherapy patient would feel better after smoking a joint.
