to the floor, bypassing all the usual procedures.
The organized Right killed us on this. All those people (2146 phone calls to Bosma in favour vs. 41 against) who called in supporting an ammendment. Where were we? At least I sent an email saying "get back to work, and NO, I don't support this motion..." But I think it was too little too late. I'm so focussed on the RW wind trying to blow the roof off our house that I didn't notice the termites gnawing on the floor beams....
