What we can read this as meaning is that Skilling is going to be blamed for everything, and miraculously, Kenny Boy will be found to be absolutely totally 100% innocent, and all nasty things said about him has just been a witchhunt by Democrats because they hate America, and strike at her through Her Heroes, like George W.

His Chimperial Highness will NOT let Kenny Boy go down. He is very loyal to his knives and fellow scoundrels, plus he sure as heck can't have his intimate friendship with Kenny Boy and his influence on energy policy get publicized again in this election year.
