who loved Howard's candidacy and were energized by it. I'm just now beginning to work my way through the numbness...and the vacuum created by my candidate's withdrawal.
In fact, it is hard to be interested in the process anymore...but I have faith that by the time it rolls around to having to watch Dubya again...and have our nominee suffer the abuses of the smear machine...I'll be right back there loving our Democratic candidate.
It sure takes time, though...to come down.
