Bush's actions may have resulted in the deaths of civilians like any call for war will do.

But Osama wants YOU killed even if it costs a suicide bomber his/her life. YOU are Osama's target of choice. YOU the free American who has the freedom to be gay, look at porn, watch action movies, eat junk food and worship any religion or be Godless is what Osama feels must be exterminated.

That's the difference and it's a big one between him and Bush. Also don't forget that as radically anti-war as you may be, Bush isn't solely responsible for the war. If you want to blame someone for the war, you got thousands of someones that you must point your finger at other than Bush.
