Warren Harding is considered by many historians as THE worst. (But I think Bush will unseat Harding from that status.) There hasn't been another Ohioan elected president since.
Then you have the rest: William Taft Ulysses Grant James Garfield Benjamin Harrison William McKinley Rutherford Hayes
None of them rate very high by presidential historians.
Some tag William Henry Harrison as being from Ohio. He was actually born in Virginia.
