France's biggest bank Paribas, put out a distress signal last month. It appeared that it was stuck with a portolio of US SUBPRIME MORTGAGES. It had been trying to sell them, but no one WANTED THEM. The bank had to freeze withdrawals on them "because they couldn't put a value on them". Big, big crisis which is just starting to unfold.
