42. Do Republicans really have spies going through wastebaskets?
It's such a joke. They keep waving around this memo like its some smoking gun but they never read it because they know it doesn't really say anything. (It reminds me of that lawyer's memo about overseas absentee ballots in Florida.) But where did they get this memo? Do Republicans have their own intelligence network within the Intelligence Committee? And who "leaked" it to Hannity? Rove is trying to make this whole brouhaha so confusing that the public will just write it off as politics as usual.
