I am still feeling sodomized from the last round of energy deregulation that was forced on the consumers of the state of CA. With all that sodomy by Ken Lay (no pun intended)I don't make noise when I fart, it will take at least a decade to get that ability back, it will take a decade to pay off the debt, I think they should waite a decade before they try this garbage again. CA is just getting to where it can generate power enough to not rely on the Enrons of the world, why invite these rapist into the state again?
