32. is he running for reelection?
If Kay Bailey Hutchison runs against him, I can easily see Perry making dumbass remarks about her very early in his campaign, sinking any hopes he has of being reelected.

I think she's MUCH more politically astute than he is and would have no trouble winning. (not that I want a Repug as Governor of Texas, but I guess she'd be better than Perry)
