So many problems could be avoided if people simply demanded it work like the constitution says.

Conyers was about the only one I can think of who even brought that up when the march to war was on.

There is ample evidence now, (that I can see anyway) that Bush mis-used a federal agency (CIA), to sell a plan to go to war. That is an impeachable offense and he also went against the laws set down in the constitution by having congress authorize the use of force. The congress cannot (according to the constitution) and should not let "the president decide". Congress either has to vote "yes" we are declaring war, or "no" we are not.

I think we need 100 new senators, none democrats or republicans, to wake them up a bit.
