Tom Delay is a joke. An ignorant, bigoted, blow-up clown who history will rightly place next to other conservative luminaries such as Joe McCarthy. People will look back on him with the same mix of shame and disgust that we look back on McCarthy with these days. It will be up to some bleating crone like Ann Coulter to resurrect his name and try to paint him in a different color as our modern day blonde biddy has done for Joe "Jack Daniel" McCarthy.
And all of them will still only be comic material.
