Some of them, mostly for other countries, are mentioned in the article cited in this thread:

We need to locate a "master page" that gathers together and constantly updates these victim search sites and link to it. Or perhaps people on the DU board could help to put together such a site? (I know nothing about web page construction, unfortunately, but I have great confidence in the talent, enthusiasm, and generosity represented by the DU community.)
