Obama set them up with "The Triple"--a hilarious method to highlight absurdity. Establish a pattern: the first two are serious and the third one performs a ZOWEE!!!: a "gotcha."

Obama describing the GOP's response to the ACA--
1. "Death panels"
2. "Doom"
Then...
3. "A serious alternative from Republicans in Congress"
