Is that the Congressional Black Caucus vigorously opposed Sanders' efforts to reduce the numbers of 'super delegates', and to restrict their role in a future convention.

Sanders strikes me as a man who holds a grudge, and given his flight to Vermont when the Black Power movement was getting solidly established, and his original Marxist belief that victory in the class struggle is the cure for everything, it would not surprise me if Sanders in his heart believes that established black politicians wield too much influence in the Democratic Party, and indeed, are a chief reason why the 'white working class' is largely absent from the class struggle.
