“Ordered, adjudged, and decreed, that Kevin McKeown is not entitled to any distribution of the estate assets, because of the amount of unpaid loans by the decedent to Kevin McKeown, and the amounts withdrawn by Kevin McKeown from the decedent’s bank accounts and the Judgments entered against his interest in the Estate, together with interest, exceed any payments that would otherwise have been payable to Kevin McKeown . . . .” Decree Settling Account, File No. 2239/2003(B), Surrogate’s Court of the State of New York, Westchester County
