These are deliberately full of spelling errors and ludicrous wordings because they only want those who are incapable of seeing the scam for what it is. The people who are hooked by such letters are much easier to con. Likewise with Fox - they only want viewers who cannot discern how infantile and tantrum-ish the channel is, because they will be easier to con.
