Soon we will learn that there was collaboration so Trump's defense is that it was not illegal and by revealing the illegal Democratic emails it was actually the patriotic thing to do.

He's just flailing about trying to brush away the huge hornets that are beginning to swarm around him.

No guarantee Congress will do anything about it though.
Trump is their Golden Ass God idol.
He's vain, ignorant, selfish, rich, racist and sexist. Everything they aspire to.
They may all agree with Trump's defense and just look the other way.
