Rachel Maddow talk about the book with the reporter who received the tax info, it sounds like he does because he loves the cruelty... and it was also concluded that if he can't be king of the world, he'll burn it down to fuck everyone over because he doesn't care about anything else and will do such a thing in a tantrum.

I think the book is for the public, all government workers and politicians to understand what we're dealing with... as the author says, he lies for the pleasure of lying and having someone know that he is and getting away with it.
