10. What I Can't Fathom Is Why He Seems Intent On Killing HIS OWN VOTERS

When you know you're getting pummeled, it should be just common logic that you need as many of your fans to vote as possible. So why INSIST on no masks and no social distancing among your fans? Not at his little Klan rallies, not at his convention. Why kill off the few remaining people you KNOW will vote for you? I truly don't get it.

Some of the stuff I do get. Like re-opening the economy too soon, and insisting that schools re-open (parents can't go back to work unless their kids are in school). Those are last-second Hail Mary throws, rolling the dice on that 1% chance that the economy will recover in time to give him SOMETHING, ANYTHING to run on. Both have failed, but I at least understand his thinking behind them, even if I find it morally repugnant in every way (i.e. the ONLY priority I have is getting MYSELF re-elected, and if some of you little people have to die, so be it). The whole insistence on no masks and no social distancing among his followers (a move all but certain to kill off a percentage of HIS OWN voters) has me stumped.
