7. Personal story. A longtime family CPA friend, religious Catholic, wife of 20 years died.

He had been a Church deacon, decided to become a priest. 4 year process for him.

During that time my young teenage daughter wrote a opposition letter to a young priest who had sermoned against abortion. That priest wrote a scathing letter to my young daughter about, ' . . . a baby being ripped out of the Mother's womb . . . '. We were all shocked. Our novitiate friend was not surprised. He explained that a surprising number of men training in the seminary were not like the priests he grew to know as a kid. A number were very angry types, ready to express that anger, and abortion was a safer route.

Our friend also mentioned that pastors who had some angry sermons were often good fundraisers.
