Thank god the South never trusted Patrick Cleburn enough to make him a major General. He was Real good. As a general I mean of course. Way better than Lee.

If I remember right he learned his trade in the British army, but I’m too tired to look it up. DU will correct me if wrong.

But he was from Ireland and was not a huge fan of slavery. But of course, enough of one to fight for the confederacy.
