Republicans are what they are, there's much history and even the recent history just back to the 1969 Era, when Former Southern Democrats which was the Conservative Group that was born of Confederate Ideals, they were the make up of what former Confederate Democrats were. Which was "a group that supported the Slave Owners, and Slave Era Industrialist who built their fortunes from slave and indentured servant labor, they were never a group that support people before Industry.

When they saw via Nixon, they could move into the Republican Party and continue their agenda, but also because they wanted to infiltrate the Republican Party to try and roll back Civil Rights. If people read the history>

THE COMPLEXITY:

Previously, the "Southern Democrats" fought hard against Civil Right Acts, It was the LIBERAL segment of the Democrats that supported the passage of the Civil Rights Act. when documents speak of Democrats in relation to Civil Rights Act, it should be noted and clarified that it was "SOUTHERN Democrats", for example, were less likely to vote for the civil rights bills of the 1950s and 1960s. SOUTHERN Democrats were more likely to filibuster. LIBERAL DEMOCRATS were the group who supported Civil Rights within The Old Democratic Party, which was dominated by SOUTHERN Democrats.

Republican previously, stood up for Civil Rights, but when that took place, the SOUTHERN Democrats, figured they could move over to overtake the Republican Party and turn its to the Ideals of the SOUTHERN Democrats who aspired to continue the Confederate Democrats ideals. When that happen, the LIBERAL Democrats gained power over the Democratic Party, and thus took up Civil Rights and Human Rights and moved us forward to be what the Democratic Party is today.

"After the election of Abraham Lincoln, Southern Democrats led the charge to secede from the Union and form the Confederate States of America. The US Congress was at the time dominated by Republicans."

People should understand the history of influence SOUTHERN Democrats had, against those who aspired to the Lincoln Republican Ideals about Freedom. To do so, one has to understand what was the make up and roots of SOUTHERN Democrats and where they were derived from.

The white Southern Democrats was dominated almost entirely by the Democratic Party. White Democrats ran the South during the war, through the Jim Crow days of segregation and right up until the early 1960s. These southern democrats of that era "DETESTED" the ideal of any Federal or State programs that helps blacks with public services and other opportunity. They hated it with a passion which spilled into the streets with violence upon and against blacks.

Therefore, when one hears the story that it was Democrats that birthed KKK... one should remember, that was SOUTHERN Democrats with Confederate Ideals brought over from the Confederate Democrats. They are not the make up of MODERN DAY Democrats.

Those who were formerly entrenched in the OLD SOUTHERN Democrats became the modern Day Republicans with Conservative Agenda, with aim to Conserve the Ideals of the Confederacy, which they tried for many decades to do, through the dominance over the Democratic Party, as SOUTHERN Democrats. Again, as I said, with the election of Richard Nixon, a Republican with Ideals that he could drive the Republican Party and enlisted Former Southern Democrats and their ideals. He set forth to do so, as a result the Conservative Minded Southern Democrats gravitated to the Republican Party. Unfortunate as it is, some of the Conservative Minded Southern Democrats remained in the Democratic party, and they today, represent the more Right Leaning Make Up of the Democratic Party.

If one goes back to 1960's early, the Conservative Southern Democrats, fought LBJ, and would not have passed the Civil Rights Bill of JFK, because they were set to water it down and remove the provisions set forth within it, and to certainly remove anything concerning Voting Rights. It was much to do with the Death of Kennedy, which in sad reality for such death, it ultimately helped LBJ push forth the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. History does not give Hubert Humphery the credit he deserves, but he was the strong holder of the LIBERAL Democrats together, and LBJ determination and knowledge of how SOUTHERN Democrats operated that gave LBJ the means to know how to challenge them, and what he needed to do to get the Civil Right Act of 1964 passed. After the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965 ((The Voting Rights Act of 1965, signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson, aimed to overcome legal barriers at the state and local levels that prevented African Americans from exercising their right to vote as guaranteed under the 15th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.)) MLK, embraced the LBJ's War on Poverty, even though he opposed the escalation of the war in Vietnam, which put a rift with his relations with LBJ, he still understood and support the economic agenda to enact war of poverty, by the end of Kings life, he was focused on the next steps which included "economic equilibrium and economic opportunity equality. The sadness of the Vietnam war, which LBJ was lured into escalating by the Military Industrial Complex Affiliates and supporters, was a conversation LBJ and MLK could not reconcile. But as history led to show within the Nixon Administration, the Pentagon Paper came to show, that these acts were precipitated long before LBJ was President, and was very difficult for any President of the era to cease the war acts. Kennedy, however was determined to put an end to it, and not push its escalation. So, by the time LBJ was president, the pressures and challenges to address Civil Rights and Poverty, were his agenda, but the Vietnam war confounded so much, that it made havoc, that was difficult to overcome. Between the pressures and failing health, LBJ declined to run again. -
When Johnson stepped aside in 1968, Humphrey won the Democratic presidential nomination, losing by the narrowest of margins to Richard M. Nixon in the general election.
Hubert Humphrey was one of the nation’s most prominent liberal politicians in the mid-20th century, and his long career made him one of the leading figures in U.S. Senate history. Known for his oratorical skill, he argued tirelessly for legislation addressing issues of civil rights and nuclear disarmament, long before such causes became accepted by the mainstream. As Lyndon B. Johnson’s vice president, Humphrey lost the support of many liberal Americans as the voice of the administration’s Vietnam War policy. Had Humphrey won in 1968, we'd have a far better America and a far Strong Democratic party, if the Liberal of the era has not withdrew their support of Humphrey in the convoluted mess regarding Vietnam, Had only the Liberals understood, it was not Humphrey role to make decisions regarding Vietnam's war escalation, he was VP, and had not power to overcome the influences of the Military Industrial complex and their convoluted systems of influential impact upon and and ultimately against the LBJ original course and concerns for Civil Rights and War on Poverty.

By the time Nixon won, we began a period of madness, war escalation and a Democratic party without a true leader to combat the Nixon madness. Thus is the period where Southern Democrats and their Ideals became part of the Nixon Machine of what is today's Republican Party and Republican Systems politics and agenda.

Today we think of the Democratic Party as the champion of Civil Rights, more than 90 percent of whom support the party. But it was the other way just 60 or 70 years ago in America

IT IS SO IMPORTANT - FOR TODAY'S GENERATION TO LEARN THE HISTORY AND IMPACTS - AND EMBRACE THE NEED FOR CIVICS EDUCATION. by doing so, we can avoid repeating many of the mistakes of the past.

The average person today, does not truly go into these things to look at the many things that have taken place over the past decades, nor do they research even going further back than the 1960's. But the 1960's serves to give people good understand as to how we became the Democratic Party that we are today.
Today, after 54 yrs,since the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; which is 3 generations of 18 yrs olds, (the age eligible to vote). Many are far removed from understanding what truly took place before and up to 1964, or through 1968. Then in 1969, under Nixon, many only know about "Vietnam", but they know little about the Nixon Era Republican Assault not only upon and against Civil Rights, but the same Assault upon our Democracy, not unlike that which is currently being engaged by Trump Era Republican.

Even, the 1980's under Ronald Reagan, who began his assault on the benefits gained under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, when he as Governor of California, attacked "higher education" from the Community College to the Cal State Run Universities.

When Reagan became President, he expanded his attack on Universities, and went further to damage as if to destroy "mental health facilities and the systems that supported mental health treatment". He literally, dumped the mental patient upon the streets of America with nothing and no means to truly get help, and our homeless population exploded, as well as by 1983, we were saturated with "drugs" dumped directly in the minority and poor white communities across this nation which flooding the former mental health patients with drugs. This cycle is morphed into a devastation we are still dealing with this very day.

I know many don't care for reading long posting, but this is "a compressed overview" of things that plague us this very day, as to people and their misunderstanding the nature of Political Party Agenda and Political Party Politics.

There was NEVER any such thing as FISCAL CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS" that was a ruse, set up mainly to direct money to the Idealism's born of Confederate Ideal, and a stand against public funds being used to help people, directly aimed at blocking funds from helping minorities, and it swept up "poor whites" as collateral damage in how it has impacted and denied them the same it sought to deny to minorities.
They play it off as "limited government", which is not even a reality, when a "GROWING NATIONS" also has to have a growing system of Governance, to ensure we have an ongoing growth and development of "Regulatory Governance" which is the foundational elements that is at the core of this Nations strength and domestic national security.

This has been something the general public has not been taught, since the desegregation of schools which brought with it, the "neglect to further continue teaching American Civics Education. By the 1970's Civics Education was damaged, not only by the intent to ensure that people were made politically ignorant, but also by the positions taken by the anti-war people, who attacked Civics Education, because they felt it groomed people for "War Service" rather than for Civil Service.

People need to know these things. Those who care about Democracy, will understand what I've written, and not just read it, but give it the DU vote, and also share comments to keep it circulating so more can read and learn and be inspired to research and validate and learn for themselves. I know many people will not read this, and some will, hopefully those who have friends who are not averse to reading, will share a link so those they know can read and hopefully be inspired to research and learn more.
It can help people understand the make up of Bills and Measures, pushed by Republican that are not good for us as a society, but it can help people understand the Bills and Measures, pushed by Democratic minded people, who care to see us progress a Society that promotes the continual improvements in and of our Democracy.

One must know the history to truly understand the work and labors that it took for Today's Democratic Party, to be the champion for Civil Equality, Civil Rights and the respect of people over industry, and to support a system that has concerns for the welfare of American Citizens and to build a better more Equality based Democracy.

We struggle today, because of the history, but once the history is understood as to how we became the Democratic Party we are today, then we can move ahead with a unity of purpose and a party with the values of civility for "All" Americans as Citizens. We can then promote not only Equality, but Respect the Diversity that is in need of "Equality".

This post should be "good reading for all young and even many older Democratic people", who can benefit from understanding the history of how we became the Party we are today. Hopefully, it inspires them to RESEARCH and learn more.

"A True Change Needed" -"You" Need To Know The Truth

American has much to review..... "study politics and its history"... its only been 54 yrs since the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The question is how many Democrats truly have made the inner heart & mind change of acceptance of this Law?

We still have people who claim they have been Democrats since before 1964, and as that is so, people MUST remember, those were at the time a make up of SOME "Southern Democrats", who stood against the passage of the Civil Right Act, because those PRE 1969 Southern Democrats, were with a make up of some, who aspired to the old Southern Democrats, which was a brand of Confederate Idealist in thought and heart. Today, some could be considered as "Right Leaning" Democrats, and others moved over and became "Republicans" who took up the ideals of the Confederate Idealistic Southern Democrats of the past.

Then, the question is: How is the mindset of some Democratic Politicians, who reside in Right Leaning Districts, You need to know who's are carry overs from the Era of Southern Democrat? Were they Liberal of Conservative?

If you remember or you research, you will find, that in 1964, President Johnson, had a challenge on his hand to gain support of many who considered themselves "Southern Democrats", All were not of the Liberal Mind of Hubert Humphrey, and it took a lot of work to get the Civil Rights Bill Passed. Today, we need to know who is from the legacy of the former Southern Democrats who stood against the passage, then we can know who is the Conservative Democrat, that are Right Leaning.
If we don't find this out and don't know this... even getting bills passed with a Democratic Congress can be with many challenges.

I ask this as honest questions. I work with some older guys, who tell me they come from a family of Democrats from LONG AGO, and when we discussed this, I asked them if they knew, that the FORMER Southern Democrats, ARE NOT, the same as Today's Democrats? I asked them if they knew that the Former Southern Democrats fought against de-segregation, and then I asked them if they knew about the 1969 switch, under the Nixon Administration, and the previous time when Strom Thurmond a once staunch Southern Democrat, moved over to the Republican Party and took his Confederate Rooted ideals with him, along with a segment of the voting blocks who aspired to those ideas.

In asking these questions and discussing this, "the same older guys that I worked with who said, they were from a long ling of Democrats, said they were "Voting for Trump". In ongoing conversations some of them 'strongly support Trump and still are backing Trump in spite of being enlightened, that they are not of "Today's Democrats", they are of the Republican Ideals, because the Republican Ideals of Today, are the same as the Former Southern Democrats.

We also have some heavy Right Leaning Democrats'... who support as close to Republican Ideals, without declaring themselves Republicans, but when things are discussed, their commentary fits the Republican Systems Ideology.

This POLITICAL FLIP, in 1969.. was done and was meant to confuse a mass of people, and it did exactly that, along with the Republican of Today, who are filled with former Southern Democratic Idealist, thought they could dupe the people and in process, roll back as much of the Civil Rights as they could.
We all know, that Civil Rights has been under CONSTANT attack by the Modern Day Republicans, since 1969 when they set out to launch their full on attack, only this time from the Republican systems but with the same Confederate based Ideals.

We might wonder why so many Democrats Remain So Silent During All This Madness. That's means the current Day Democrats need to look and think deep and hard into any of their Democratic Politicians, who stand silent, and begin to Ask Why?

Politics has always been "dirty business", and during the Political Flip, one can be assured, that those who moved and turned the Republican Party into what it is today, also left some allies and maybe even strategically placed spies in the Democratic Party of today.

Point being: " If your Democratic Politicians is not standing up against this Trump Madness, and Not standing up against the Republican Congress Members who are endorsing this madness. Then one may need to know if that person truly aspires to the Ideals of the Modern Day Democratic Party.

Take nothing for granted, inquiry and verify !!!!! This is what will help make the Democratic Party unified and with a single message as to Ideals and Values of what makes up the Democratic Party.

People cannot be blind mined any more, nor can they take for granted that a person claims to be a Democrat in Name, but does not Stand Up and Use and Have Voice for Democratic Values in the middle of this Trump and Republican Madness. Then by right, one had better get busy to find out if the person they supports as a Democrat truly supports them and the Democratic Ideals.

You will not know the truth until you inquire and hold them to be accountable to use their voice to support Democratic Ideals and the Democratic Party and the aims it has for the Betterment of our Democracy and Respect of our Citizen Population and this Nations Governance.

Why do we have so few Democrats Standing Up.... and Why are so Many Silent????

We saw during President Obama's Mid-Terms, how silent many Democrats became, as if they purposefully stayed silent and allowed Republican to Take "Both Houses of Congress".

If your Democratic Politician is silent and not well known even by the people in their District, then "bombard them with letters and "force" them to stand up and speak up !!! Demand them the 'get up" and support other Democratic Candidates. If they fail to do so, then "YOU" know, its time to replace them with a Democrat that will stand up and speak up and support other Democratic Candidates.

IT'S WAKE UP TIME PEOPLE- No more Assuming, No more Taking for Granted, and No More Allowing the person who represents YOUR VOICE, to sit on their buts and remain silent, and then do not invest themselves to vocally and publicly support other Democratic Candidates who uphold and pursue Democratic Values.

NO MORE - Blind Minded Voting - You need to know who you are voting for, and you need to know, they will promote their voice to represent your voice and the Democratic Ideals that you believe and support as being a Democrat.

Forget the Mob styled "name recognition game"... YOU need to know factually where the people you elect stand and what they support.

I'm not advocating for people who go extreme left, but people who support the Ideals of the Middle and Main Stream Democratic Ideals.

Never let your politician off the hook when you ask them a question.... Demand an Response that is not a "canned letter" printed from a prescript template document that actually has nothing particular to your question to say.

Remember: "these people you elect are elected to Represent YOUR Voice, YOUR ideals and the Ideals of the Democratic Party that YOU support.

We live in the Age of Information, and if you do not pursue information, you are at a disadvantage and may well do yourself and this nation a disservice.

Don't Remain Silent, "what's your thoughts"???? this is a conversation that needs to be engaged The 2018 Mid Terms are coming, if you are silent here, will you be silent or absent at the ballot box? You need to know the answer to that?

It's America's Time to FACE TRUTHS

((I know many don't like to read more than two lines of text, but what is of concern is always more than what can be captioned in two lines of text, or embraced by short attention spans) Hopefully some invest the time to read and then invest the time in thinking... then sharing those thoughts to help us see ways to a better society and nation. ))

WE HAVE MUCH TO CONSIDER- OUR FUTURE DEPENDS UPON WHAT WE DO... AND WHOM WE ARE.

For Centuries this nation has lived many lies and made them common place, from the time the Constitution was HIJACKED and claimed to be only for "white men". At such time, it disrespected and disregard women as persons, they were made to be "possessions" and sustained in that cycle, by not allowing them to vote, not allowing them to work, and not allowing their voice and presence in the system of Governance. It went into the extreme vile of becoming the worlds greatest human abusers with its slavery and how it spread the denigration of non white people around the world, devastating the worlds view of black people and placing other ethnicities as second and third tier human beings.

Yet, this nation was "built" by "diverse immigrant labor" and propelled by slave labor to be and make itself wealthy. the premise of such wealth, bred and fed a system that today has its own form of Caste and Class Madness, and still it denigrate women, and minorities and devastate the nature and image of black people to the lowest level it can.

President Obama said: LET'S REBUILD AMERICA, FROM THE BOTTOM UP AND MAKE A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD FOR ALL, HE ALSO SAID, LET "DIPLOMACY" BE OUR MANNER OF WORKING WITH THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD.

The Right Wing Mentality went stone crazy and attacked from every angle. Sadly, in such attack, it used the poor among the white society to promote and spread this madness. When Fact Is, the poor whites in America, have never been regarded as being anything more than the "Service Class" to the wealthy, paid as if they were still Indentured Servants, while minorities were and are paid, at a rate that is no higher, that it cost to "house and feed a slave".

We have to OPEN OUR MINDS to see the truths... if one is not willing to do that, then get in your vehicle and drive across the city you live and look at the "expanding ghetto's, comprised of White, Hispanic, Immigrant and Black ghetto's. Drive in the country side, and look at the areas that one might even forget they are in America, and they they've driven to some remote 4th world environment. The devastation is horrendous.

The values of the Democratic system is one that considers people and the humaneness of society as a value above the greed cycles of industry, we have to find ways to truly help people learn and understand the meaning of this.

We've seen decades upon decades of industry bringing havoc to the same people that helped it grow and thrive as both consumers of its products and services as well as workers who performed the functions and duties to help it produce and sell. We've also seen the continual rise of the the vile that our university system has taught into the minds of the executives," where greed" is the basis of their motives, and their ideology is trained to still function on a model based in the days of "how to keep the slave owners and industrialist wealthy" and how to keep the people 'in constant need". We've seen the disaster of madness the medical community has been made, where a simple "visit to ER" carries a base cost of $8-9K, for the most basic of services for a stay less than 1 hr. An Ambulance ride, with a cost of $900, as a base cost. Yet, we remain silent about these "fees and cost" because we've been deluded and groomed not to question the medical system and its cost structures.

This will never be addressed by Republican system, it will take Democratic Systems to fix it. We saw that with ACA (Affordable Health Care) , which challenged these cost, and challenged the collusive way they made people bankrupt, and seized peoples homes via liens based on exaggerated billing cost. We saw ACA challenge the Insurance Companies and put a stop to their "denial of benefits" due to pre-existing condition. Yet. all we saw from Right Wing Confederate Idealist, a continual "attack" upon every aspect. They had no basis for the attack, other than to aspire to the ideals of the Confederates, who's Ideal was to provide nothing to the people and make the people pay exhortation cost for anything and everything for the sake of feeding the greed of the Confederate Idealist.

We saw the TRUTH OF THAT, when the Republican Push the Health Care Bill, which should have been labeled "how to kill of 30 million or more people and devastate the elderly and children of the poor to a quick and expedient death. and charge them a high cost to be "slaughtered through their process".

It's time to AWAKEN, We saw the Democrats promote ideals to Restore, "Public Service Community Colleges, that served the people without fleecing them with cost. We saw the Democrats seek to Restore Public Service State Colleges and Universities to be cost effective for the Average Citizen... These things were too, fought against by Republicans who aspire to the Confederate Idealist Model, of "take from the people, use them up and give nothing back, as if the people are simply disposable labor for the enrichment of the wealthy.

That's not what America is about. It is about "Civil Society, that Respects the Civics of Systems that Support Civil Society and the people who make up that society.

What good is greed when it destroys all that it touches, what benefit is wealthy beyond what provides a stable life, when it destroys everything around it and beyond even its own community.

We have Evangelicals who abuse the premise of God teaching, and convert it to Greed seeking, and material measure, while it stand in support of a Republican Agenda that has no respect for the citizen population, no respect for the environment and certainly no respect for Regulatory Governance and even lesser respect for the system of Taxation that helps support and promote Civil Society and the attributes that make our system have infrastructure and stability within and of that infrastructure.

Yes, there is a reason there is Democrats, who respect America and the Civility of People and the Humanness of Society and support the system of Regulatory Governance, which protects, the lands, the people, the societies and their communities and the organizations that make and support the Nation as being America.

Trump- thinks he's cleared a path to get Mueller

Trump has spent this time trying to "discredit every element of our Law Enforcement and Judicial system, and his recent firing of McCabe, he thinks he has cleared a path to "go after Mueller'. The attorneys who advised him in this matters should all be dis-bared, and charged with collusive criminal conduct of aiding and abetting an Traitor, and engaging in subversice conducts to undermine American Justice.

The public must know that anyone in such a position who has spent the past year, attacking every agency that supports the legal processes in this nation has been attacked. He is accustom to "DENIGRATING PEOPLE", that' was the basis of his TV show, and that was the basis of his "Campaign Strategy" and that has been the basis of his conduct since getting in the Seat of the Presidency.

Our Systems cannot submit themselves to such a vile man with such a vicious and malice'd agenda. He is like an Evil upon the Nations Governance.
The mans whole life has been spent "denigrating people", as his tool to get money, and try and sway peoples minds.

It's time American people stand and speak, and the members of our Departments and Divisions began to speak. This is the worst case of Treason Against American being done from the Highest Office in this Nations, and he should be found Guilt of the High Crimes and High Treason and given the full penalty that calls for.

There is no way that our system of American Governance, should ever allow this madness to continue to this degree. No single being is more Important than this nations, and the money of a Two Bit Criminal, is certainly not worth the Integrity of this Nation, its Systems and the dignity of its people. Trump has insulted and sought to undermine and subvert every aspect of American Democracy!!

An Appeal to the Democratic Minds for Democracy's Truths (My Introduction to DU)

I joined to engage people who appreciate Democracy and the values and dignity that Democratic Ideals aspire to suppoort and promote.
I wrote and will likely still write on other sites, including those which I've come to learn have massive volumes of Right Winger who are "DETERMINED" to attack anything which has any potential to inform and enlighten them, as they will attack anything and everything that speaks to "EQUALITY" and they are as demonstrated by their comments, void of knowing that "Equality" is foundational to what is Democracy, and it is what supports our Representative system of Governance, where Majority Rules help us establish, set and maintain policy for the dignity and goods of America as a Democracy.

My handle "Civic Justice" is relevant to the Civics that support our systems and our civility. I'm not a slap stick one line writer, and I have many 10's of thousands of writing on the web in various forms, as well as 10's of thousands of writing that are not on the web.
I address subject content to explore and expound, to learn, grow and share in the expansion of the great gift we as people have of communication, and to make use not only of the tools of writing, but the great tool of technology that allows us to engage a broad spectrum of people, not only domestically, but globally.

I would hope this site brings interaction with people who feel comfortable and motivated to "explore and expound on subject matter" and not just "react with one liners", but if that's what appeals to some, then its their choice to do so, and it may be their way of communicating.

We as people CAN'T IGNORE HISTORY... I'm not talking about the one sided incomplete history that was taught in school, but the REAL history of America. The History that has been pushed back and people have feigned away from investigation because they don't want to come to know of the horrors that have been interwoven in what has brought us to this day. It is the history that is not all the pleasantries that make the "white man" the constant hero and diminish his acts, and negate the truths about those whom his acts have damaged, harmed an in cases destroyed. A destruction not just of their person, but of their heritage, an in some cases distorted and misrepresented their ideology, their character and their history.

Such things are interwoven in a variety of what I write and what I will write, because we can't "extract" truths as if to "sanitize it" for the mere comfort of those who can't stomach the real truths. It takes a lot to break down centuries of delusions, false hood, mis representation and certainly to break down the delusions of white superiority and the massive volume of work that went into promoting and trying permeate that fiction into the minds of society, and then to spread that delusion across the globe. It means... there is a great deal of work !!!

Those not up to task of such work, will find selective Amnesia as their friend, and Confabulation as their comforter, and folklore as their appeasement. But. Truths...truths are made up of truthfulness and the facts that truth present and expose. Yes, at times it will "inflame" and make "discomfort" to many who have been groomed to void out and not address and some have been groomed to be unaware as well as to fend against the discussion of truths that society invested much not to address.

Civic Justice as a premise requires a lot of work, but it mandates that we review the history that brought us to this day and time. It means we have to understand "how to look", that we may "learn how to see". Then the obvious that we see, can be seen through to investigate and learn how we became so contorted and so turned away from real truths. When we learn how to look that we may know how to see. We will find.. that "America" was built by and through Diversity, and the labors of the many Diverse People, we will learn and acknowledge the abuses and misuses and we can come to learn how "Greed and Avarice" led us Astray. We can learn how the influx of former Serfs, peasants, ghetto dwellers, and those who lived in the outback and uneducated and without civic grooming descend upon the lands of America. We can learn how those who came from ancestry born in Cast and Caste system moved upon these lands, and brought with them a lusting and ideals to want to be like those who thrust them into Cast and Cast system, and how they adopted the manner and intent to become a-similar which lead to greed, material measure as a vile against and upon one another.

There is much we've not considered to consider. over the span of commentary hopefully we can engage much, we have Centuries to review and relearn with "Real Truths"... and it is guaranteed it will not be all of pleasantries, nor will it be patronizing to meet with age to age passed along folklore and confabulation.

those who have no heart for such truth, will by pass the writing I will post, and they will by pass the writing posted by others who embrace and engage in bringing to our current lives the truths of the past, that must be faced, acknowledged, learned and address that we may "relearn to the real meaning and value of what our "Declaration of Independence" truly supported and promoted, Then we can better understand our United States Constitution... as well as how it was "hijacked and perverted by those who chose, greed, avarice, racism, prejudices, and all such things of vain vile, that led us away from the greatness that the Declaration of Independence and Our Constitution sought to create and preserve and promote as our posterity.

I would hope the great minds join discussing and promoting the things that help us get back on course to Truly be the Democracy, that we aspire to create and live within. Trump's Administration - Insults Democracy and Our System of Justice.

A clear case of "Collusive Obstruction of Justice"... by Trump's promotion to fire McCabe

Trump thinks he can 'whittle his way to attacking and trying to fire Mueller". It is good that Mueller is certainly smart enough to back up all his findings, where they can move into State Courts and all findings are Admissible, IF in the case that Trump tries to Fire Mueller"

As for the Public, If Trump tries to fire Mueller, it is up to the Public, to Demand a "Second Special Council" to looking into Collusive Obstruction of Justice and all matters that it discovers" This will not only "get Trump Exposed and Prosecuted, but also, many of the Republican Enablers and Conspirators, including Republican led panels and their republican members, for gross dereliction of duty, subversive collusion, political corruption and constructive treason against the government and our system of justice.

Trump is trying to run our Country like he's some Dictator with a Cabinet and Republican Congressional Members who function like the Crew of a Dictator.

We need this "whole Administration, taken down, and to EXPOSE every Republican Politician who has aided and abetted this Subversive and Treasonous Regime. All, whom work in collusion trying to Dismantle our Governance System and launch attack to Erode our Democracy. These are crimes punishable by "death"...
We simply need to understand the expansive definition of Treason, and the Definition of Subversion, and know these charges can be leveled upon our Elected Officials including the President, and any members of Congress as well as Political Party as a whole.

What Is a Felony? (A felony is generally considered a crime of high seriousness)

Most of the Right Winger Minded Republican, attacked the commentary, but without submitting to their attacks, it expounds on the matters of violation against America, its people, our system and its organizations and the vile of insult by members of republican congressmen, appointing people who aid and abet their malice upon and against the United States, Its systems and its people, and the democracy that supports this nation.

It is worth the reading to hopefully inspire thought, provoke people to become even more aware, and to look at the damages being done to us as a people and a nation and our systems. If one notes the right wingers attack the writing by trying to deflect to attack the writer, but could not address any of the premised content of the writing. It shows the shallow and unconscionable mind of the Right Wingers, except they retain the capacity to "attack what they can't understand".


As Democrats we must continue to "write", "talk with each other and others", address the hard topics and to discuss the things many have denied and fought against discussing. We have to be anew in our broadness to open up dialog and expound on its elements.
Slap stick is not enough, and it won't do it, because Right Wingers rely on slap stick to feed their circle and cycles of contention, such things only give them a drama fix... which they crave like a addict. We have to write with the will and determination to expound upon subject matter. We can't get lost in adopting any element of their selective amnesia, and we certainly can't allow ourselves to have short attention spans, that inhibit our ability to read, comprehend, and write out the details of our thoughts and reference of facts.

The 21st Century need us as Democrats to embrace "voice" by the many means of communication and its tools to communicate.

Democrats must be concerned about the influences of "The Federalist Society"

During last year’s campaign, Donald Trump offered an unprecedented guarantee regarding any potential Supreme Court nomination. The Republican nominee promised that, if he were elected president, his judicial nominees would “all [be] picked by the Federalist Society.”

The role of the Federalist Society is the natural culmination of a decades long evolution of judicial selection by Republican presidents, one that has made ideological credentials more central to the nomination process.
That evolution began with the Ronald Reagan presidency.

The Federalist Society was founded in 1982 in order to advance conservative ideas in the legal academy and ultimately in the legal system as a whole.

We as Democratic People should be "very concerned" and extremely vigilant, as it is a danger to Democratic Ideals, when we Federal Judges are chosen and seated based on "Republican Conservative Ideals". The mentality in how they interpet law, and pass rulings is a great danger to the liberal minded views of Democrats.

Imagine the damage and dangers to our liberties as American Citizens that is at stake IF, the Federal Courts are filled with Conservative Judges, and then we get a Supreme Court that is Top Heavy with Conservative Judges.

We can't be single minded to void out awareness that the Republican Conservative Agenda, is in attack mode, in every arena, from our local governance, to our high courts and all that exist in-between. They've enlisted the Right Wing Conservative minded Evangelicals, to influence the people through their faith, while they seek via Political and Judicial means, to overtake the liberty and freedoms and equality within Democracy, that we as Democrats work to preserve.

We can't be passive minded, nor can we have short attention spans, and we certainly cannot indulge any degree of selective amnesia. We must not only read, but we must use voice, be it within social media, blog scripts and person to person and other means of communication, as to what we are confronted with. Sadly, "one liners" and "slap stick", won't serve us well. We need to remember, this is a long game played by Republicans, in the 1970's when Civics was diminished as a focal point in education, that tells us that we have 2 generations and working our 3rd who have grown up without good Civics Education, (for the sake of voting perspective, consider a generation as being cycles of 18 yrs olds) therefore, these nature of things does not come to mind, and certainly is not supported by voice. When we remain silent, refuse to write our thoughts and share, we hurt ourselves and those whom we can help to learn and understand the "attacks" that are upon and against us.

It is important for all Democrats to invest in thinking, researching, writing, talking and using all forms of communication to help bring information, to a society that has been structurally influenced by Conservative policy, not to be informed.
We have to stick with media, but also press media not to get hung up in "drama spins" and chasing only advertising dollars", but to bring 'information and enough detail within that information for people to be and become informed, as well as to inspire people to seek even more clarity via research to truly understand the information.

Social media is a great too, but we must learn better how to use it and what to make the best of our usage of its technological capabilities to "communicate" substantiate engagements with each other. We are and we should be beyond the 'novelty phase of just telling people where we going, and posting picture of food, and vanity things", we have to use it for communication about the things that truly impact not just our lives, but the lives of those yet to come.
If people remember, "MySpace" faded away when it went into absurdity, and now with "Facebook", we've come to see the irresponsibility they engaged during our Presidential Election, to the absurdity some have resorted to use it for, as well as the dangers that it has posed within even communities,as well as using its members to increase its advertising fees.

We must come to terms in how to make the better usage of this technology, and concern ourselves with things happening in the political realm, be it local, regional and national... as well as be far more focused to pay attention to ruling that is daily being made within our judicial system. Such thing can and will change our lives... and if we are unaware and unconcern, that change may well not be for the betterment of the Democracy we know and love and seek to improve as Democrats.

Yes, this involve our daily lives, our work, our community, our schools, and every aspect of life, and certainly it will be damaging to our consumerism. We will be impacted Domestically as well as Internationally. We can take note to see the realism of this with the assault on Mexican people in America, the Travel Bans based on Religion, the Tariff on Steel and Aluminum, and the ways we have seen our Allies treated and our diplomacy desecrated. We've seen our diplomats disrespected and those with right wing conservative ideology being supplanted in our system of international diplomats.

Yes, these are "many" factors... but if we fail to consider and understand that the Conservative Right Wing Republican System is with aim to leave no stone Un-turned in their attempt to USURP our American System of Democracy, and attack our Democratic Party which places the values of the Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution as foundational to the liberty, freedoms and justice with equality for All. Our Democracy is under attack!!!!

We can no longer fail to see the long game being played out by Conservative Republican and their Confederate Idealistic Agenda.

Democrats must be concerned about the influences of "The Federalist Society" and all the acts being engaged by the Conservative Right Wing Republican System and its Confederacy Ideals.

What are we learning from this Upset?

What are we learning from this Upset?



Let's consider a few things; We have a right wing, who leans far right, and many cannot fathom the concepts of "full circle citizen and persons "equality". If one thinks back, even during President Johnson's march up to the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, there were many Right Wing minded people, who did not want to give up "White Privilege" and participate in "Equality for All".
Well that mindset has not vanished within many. They have never embraced or wanted to deal with "full circle equality"... they have no idea of how to fit, and where to fit within that concept. Because, they never had to within their enclaves.

Therefore, as Lamb as a Democrat, stands in the Democratic Middle, with strong support for Labor. Then we have to consider, if we want to bring over those left leaning Republican as well as those standing in the middle, we cannot go "far left'... We have to bring them to the Middle of the what is the Democratic Premise and Its Ideals for progress. And we have to help them learn to become comfortable, to learn, that "Equality" takes nothing from them, but gives them even more than they thought they had, 'because the power of unity, promotes progress in all things that such unity aspires".. Then we can help them learn, that the ideals of 'conservatism" has been hung around their neck like a lead weight, and has lined the bottom of their shoes and boots with lead embedded in the sole. To help keep them as being nothing more than the "service class to the wealthy".

As they begin to learn, they can be helped to look back at the history and see, they came from the likes of servant labor, indentured servitude and made into servant labor, and via the circle of debt, still made to be indentured to the wealthy. They have to come and learn how bias and bigotry, has been like a "limited chain" that holds them into a tight parameter, which does not allow them to move beyond and learn the benefits of unity, and the prosperity within Multicultural teamwork.

This is somethings that has not been made understandable to them, even within the cycles where slavery existed and in the area where black codes were put in place.

They were unable to hear MLK, in the words he spoke in the speech at Selma, because they were so enraged with racist animosity, and fearful of what equality represents.

People also have to understand that the Right to Vote, was to void out by race the ability of the people, to have political voice, because if the people were freed to have political voice, they would have then been able not only to tear down the walls of segregation, they would have been able to help the poor and uneducated whites of the era, to what they have been denied and how they had been misled to fight against their own best interest. The wealthy have for decades upon decades sold the working poor and poor whites a "hoodwinking games", to make them think... "the wealthy will take care of them".

This same game is what Trump uses against the people. When his personal business has never been for supporting workers having voice, or being paid a fair wage; he stands against Minimum wage hike, which is necessary to meet the standard of living. He supports the low wage, that is GUARANTEED to keep people, in a circle and cycle of debt, which makes them indentured to the wealthy, be it a wealthy person or a wealthy organization or enterprise. Thus so, in process making them no different than being fed, the lines that SERF's were fed, to keep them in Serfdom.

The Democratic Model is about "OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL", "Fair Pay, and Workers having voice", and people have the political power of "Voice"... These are things the old system of Conservatism, born of Confederate Idealism does not want to see happen and they do everything they can to fight against it. Today, they use Religion as a tool against the people in the way they enlist the modern Day Evangelical to mislead people through their faith.
But what people must realize is 'The Right Wing Evangelical system, was born and bred in the age of Slavery and Indentured Servititude, and it has been nurtured from Slavery system wealthy plantation as industry owners, to and through the era of segregation and into modern day, still with the same ideology. They simply adapt it to current times, but their ideals have not changed, nor has the power structure that controls their system of Evangelical aims of grooming.

Therefore, considering these variables, (which there are many more to be considered), it is necessary for us as Democrats, to know that we must be within the "Middle"... not Far Left... To truly understand that, we must know, that society is slow to change, change is gradual and over time... many things can be made understood in the days of tomorrow, of what is expansive in the Democratic system, which can bring understanding and through understanding people can be brought to acceptance of the full spectrum of Equality.

We have to listen careful to the politician, and push them in the right direction, and hold them to holding the course.

In this aim and this gain scenario, we can look at some of our Democratic people, who speak of fairness, in business, banking and civil society as well as business and community. Those are the ones, we must push to 'use their voice" and support their position and if they campaign... we don't need them wasting time attacking the Right Wingers, their time should be spent to explain to the people, the values benefits of the ideals and the benefits that WE gain as being a force for the good of all.
Eventually people even today have become tired of the "attack and divisiveness" because Trump has worn that madness out and took it to such extremes, that it is seen the world over and across this nations, as a negative vile, that does nothing but distract and disrupt and ultimately breeds distension and destroys our civility, while it promotes the intent to dismantle our Governance system and assault our Democracy.

NRA "Can be Considered" as another branch of the Military Industrial Weapons System

I wrote this as a reply in another threat, but I'd like to discuss it more.

I would like to engage discussion about just what is the NRA and how its connected to the broader system of Military Industrial Complex. We certainly need to stop treating it as if its a Governmental Organization and allowing it to have such public influence. Its a private organization, that should not have the power to usurp the voice of the people

Selling weapons be it domestically or internationally - they breed and feed conflict. They scour the world looking for conflicts, and playing both sides against each other, to sell more arms and expand and prolong conflict.

Domestically, the NRA is like a Terrorist Supply System.
The more contempt they can feed, the more arms they can sell, the more divisiveness they can sow, the more arms they sell.
They thrive on conflict and divisiveness as a marketing strategy. They know every sectors to incite with contention, to promote the climate to sell more weapons.
This is DOMESTICALLY done by the NRA and Internationally by the Broader Network of Military Industrialist. The NRA loves the Republican System, because they are known Agitators and Contention Makers, they need this groups to promote racial, ethnic and any other contempt and conflict and contentions, because it fits with their marketing strategy, so they pay politicians to promote any policy that will achieve the objectives of contention and arouse conflicts.

They sell more guns by such gaming being done against the America people. Democracy is an abomination to these weapon manufacturing and weapons selling organizations, because Democracy implies "equality and unity building" and equality and unity building, is not a good strategy for selling weapons.

It may well be why Democrats understand the need for regulations on weapons, and it may tell, why the Right Winger are so driven by the lusting for weapons.


What are your thoughts on this subject matter.

We have to remember, during the time the 2nd Amendment was written, it may have been necessary for everyone to have a gun, but as the Military became stable, and developed many branches, it was no longer necessary for people to have a weapons for the sake of defending State.
But now, we have many varied groups of Law Enforcement. I'm not against weapons for home protection, and I can understand weapons for people who are "hunters", as long as the hunters, are not doing it to mount animals heads on wall, but for the sake of "food". I am not an advocate of hunting for the sake of "sport", because I don't see a need to kill animals and call it a sport.

Maybe the young generation may find means to amend the Second Amendment with clarifications and modification, to take the broad ambiguity out of it, and classify what is a weapon category for home protection, and what is a weapon category for hunting.

Making Democracy Work for Americans -"The Democratic Ideals"

We must promote "Civics Educational Awareness” it will not only help our Economic System, but promote our Progressive Living as a Civil and Civics Aware Society.

Business in America has a responsibility to Society, community, state, and nation!!! "Basic Civics Teaches This".

Every State, City, County should create a MANDATE, that ANY COMPANY, that takes any Public Funds or Provision, must sign a covenant that can't be broken, with the Municipality, that they will remain in that location for 25 yrs, and if they break or seek to subvert that covenant by any means, they are slapped with a $'s penalty, that goes to that City, State, County, of which they accept Public Funds or Provisions. THEN, THERE WILL BE NO MORE OUTSOURCING. If they attempt to subvert by any means, that City, State, County can seize the company and maintain its Operations as a Public Enterprise, Run by a Panels voted in by the Citizens of That State, City, and/or County. That is how we may end up PROTECTING the Civil Society, with Civic Responsibility.

If we promote Civics Education and its Ethics, Values and Principles, we would no long have DEVASTATED community created by Corporate Corruption and Greed.... They will know they have a Civic Responsibility to Americans, both as citizens and consumers as well as Employees.

If they want to open Foreign Location, as long as it DOES NOT Diminish the Local Entity of their Corporation, and Does not Import back to infringe upon the Local Economics... then they can, do so... for the benefit of their foreign locations, as long as it does not Diminish the Exports from its American Based Location.
If people UNDERSTOOD the nature and basics of Civics, they'd also know the responsibilities that Corporations have to Citizen, Community and Employees, as well as the Municipalities that give them benefits and concessions. It's a Civic matter of a Civil Society...

But after decades upon decades of a society, NOT KNOWING, AND NOT UNDERSTANDING, the Civics that support this Democracy, Its Industry, and its Communities and the tax dollars and public benefits given and afforded Industry... Then it is easy for Industry to fleece the people, the municipality, and ultimately play financial games, that destroy communities by the exportation of Business and Industry.

Learn Civics... if you care about the Democracy of American and the System of Economic System set up as Capitalism to RESPONSIBLY function in the United States of America's Democracy.

Sadly, Most Right Wing Idealist of Confederate Grooming are Too Lazy to Read, and others are too caught up and consumes in the Conservative Madness, of seeking drama, while every aspect of Conservatism ideals chokes the life out of them, and tell them to blame it on everything else.

It's no great wonder as to why; Trump said he loved the Uneducated...... "No God respecting people praise the lack of knowledge... in people.

Some People are too caught up in the long generation pass along through their history of being groomed to promote race bigotry, race bias, race ignorance and unaware that everything they did to try and damage and disenfranchise black people is the exact same things, that disenfranchised the working poor whites and the dire poor whites.

An UNEDUCATED SOCIETY that does not understand the Civics of its Governance System and the Ideology of its Formation as being a Democracy... ARE A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER TO THAT SOCIETIES, Governance and Ultimately they are a Danger to that Nations Democracy and the Capitalist System that helps support it and its citizenry and systems.

Lack of Civics Educational Awareness produces an Ignorance within the masses, which proceeds to Destroy Much, and never knows they are their own worst enemy through their ignorance.

Sadly....American people were not taught that Civics after the 1970's, and these policies and rules were buried when companies went into International Areas, and 'Degree Riders seeking mass profit, gutted the Ethics of Business and Community Relationships. When that happens, people were too dumbfounded to know how to fight to keep and maintain, ethnic and demand that business uphold its promises. Thus came... Business Closure and Outsourcing.... and America have declined in every economic way since that time.

Ronald Reagan, set out to damage "higher education", first as Governor of California, and then as President. The damage he did to COMMUNITY COLLEGES has not been repaired in all these decades, and the damage he did to State Universities is still damaging American Society to this very day. People hail him with praise he is not due. He further damaged American communities across this nation with the "flood of drugs" he cast upon the people of America, and the scourge has been damaging families and individuals every since.

We have to know "evil when we see it" no matter how it masquerades to be something else. The evils from the Republican Administration has been wreaking havoc and destroying American for many decades. It accelerated when the Southern Democracy moved over to the Republican Party in 1969. ( People must remember , the former Southern Democrats were the Confederacy Idealist, they took that Ideology and moved it into the Republican Party and dominated it. When that happens, the Democrats of TODAY were born to be the champions of Civil Rights, Humanitarian Rights, Respecters of American People, and The Guardians of Equality for All American People, The current day Democrats carry forth the works that Lincoln did, in pushing for the abolition of slavery, and the freedom of people.

The Confederate Democrats were for the Plantation Owners, when the Civil War was over, they became the Southern Democracy... Now they are what is the makeup of the Republican Party. (A political party flips, with aim to roll back civil rights and to push Confederate Ideals; this is the makeup and mentality of the Republican Party of Today.

Many young people are unaware of these things, and often one can hear Right Wing Republican say, stuff like , Oh' it was the Democrats that created the KKK... NO... it’s was Southern Democrats who aspired to Confederate Ideals, who created the KKK... Not the Current Day Democrats. Today, many KKK members are staunch Republican Idealist, because Republican of Today aspires to the Ideals of what was the Confederacy.

Armed with this information, when you encounter those who like to push their fiction and madness, be prepared to understand the Civics of "political flips" to ensure you can counter their ignorance with facts.

Many of today's people who devote themselves to Republican System, have no idea they are part of a party that promotes Confederate Ideals. The fiction they have been fed of Fiscal Conservative, never existed , it was fiction, by the Republicans to want to direct money to their ideals which meant to deny anything to support public citizens and the welfare of the people and nation, their aim, is of Confederate Ideals, which is to take money from anything that helped the mass of the general American population. During the Confederacy, the wealthy plantation system, had no concern for blacks or poor whites, they would not create nor support anything that gave provisions and assistance to the poor or the working poor. They saw people as either slaves or indentured servants, relegated to being members of a "disposable service class". We see today, Republican Ideals detest Unions, They detest a Living Minimum Wage, and they detest any means or avenues that can provide people economic uplift to meet the standard of living which is promoted as the American Ideal. We've seen the Middle class vanish, and now under Republican ideals, the Middle Class is only for Degree Riders, who paid into a University system, and those who earn more than $250k per house hold... anything less is lower class in the Republican ideology . The lower class has levels: the upper lower class, the middle lower class, the average lower class, and the destitute.

How do we turn it around? We reconstitute Unions, we stop measuring people based solely on University Degree, and we respect the skills and talents of individuals. We stop measuring people by monetary holdings, and began to respect people by the quality of their character and the dignity of civility they uphold. We make vocational and technical skill training have value again in society, and we make opportunity open for any and all who is willing to invest themselves with effort to embrace opportunity.
We stop segregating ourselves by "university degree labels", and acknowledge the achievement as people simply who has a passion for a field... not people who use a "degree label as a "get a job" certificate in fields, that are irrelevant to their degree field of study. This brings fairness back to Opportunity. They will compete not based on degree, but ability to meet the nature of work they pursue. Then we no long have people using degree labels, to usurp people who have experience and skills.

We as Democratically minded people have a responsibility to "Demand that Civics is Returned to our Educational System, and Ethics become the core principle in our value system and how we lives as a society. Confederacy madness and its infestation within Republican Ideology has damaged this nation long enough.
