Thought I would cross post this here in the cooking group In case you guys had some ideas.Cross post with veggie group Although, I think I could eat the stuff out of the can with a Damn spoon.
OK Im new to the meat free world, and slowly getting my family off the dairy Addiction, and Ive been using a can of coconut milk to make my creamy soups and sauces.
I accidentally Grabbed a can of coconut cream at Trader Joes the other day. Thank goodness I had some coconut milk to finish my soup! 😁 Because this cream is so sweet and almost like a butter!
Im not quite sure Exactly what to do with it. I thought about adding it to a veggie curry that I make that is sweet and savory with potatoes, onions and apples. Any recommendations for the newbie?
