Driver who killed

Look at the photo gallery at the NY Daily News, first photo .... scroll down the page at this link to get to the photo gallery .... doesn't the guy in the middle look like the f-ing creep that was drove the car into the American patriots in Charlottesville. I believe it is the same turd.
